STORY: The concept is simple, rooted in folk tradition of community sharing food and story as ritual and remedy. Each supper I will host a local poet/singer/author who will offer story in their chosen form. All guests are welcome to share, as well.
FOOD: I am not a chef, I do not prepare haute cuisine. What I do offer my guests is inspired traditional cookery with nourishing, flavorful ingredients. Gluten-free, not vegan. This supper will be at least four courses, featuring sacred maíz/corn, honoring the changing of the season on Autumn Equinox.
DRINK: A signature botanical cocktail will be provided, along with non-alcoholic options. Some wine will be available, but you are welcome to bring more to share.
